These terms apply to the Chat to Task Chrome extension and chattotask.com. By installing or using the extension you agree to them.

The service

Chat to Task helps you create tasks and reminders from WhatsApp Web messages. It is provided free of charge, as it is, without any warranty. We work to keep it reliable, but WhatsApp can change its website at any time, which may stop some features from working until we release an update.

Your responsibilities

• Use the extension only with your own WhatsApp account and in line with WhatsApp's terms.
• Do not use it to send spam, bulk messages or anything unlawful. The extension never sends messages for you; you are responsible for what you send.
• Keep your own backups of important information. Use the backup and export options in the dashboard.

Your data

Your tasks belong to you. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Chat to Task is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Chat to Task and its developer are not liable for missed tasks, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the extension.

Paid plans

If paid features are offered in future, their price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay. Features that are free today will remain free.
